Personal Experience
Hannes obtained the degrees BA and BProc respectively from the University of Stellenbosch and the University of Port Elizabeth.
Hannes also played rugby for the first teams of Stellenbosch University, University of Port Elizabeth, Villagers RFC and also represented Eastern Province, Boland, Western Province and SA Gazelle’s (SA u/23).
Hannes is an admitted attorney, conveyancer, executor of estates, a trustee of various trusts and a member of the Cape Law Society. Hannes has extensive experience in the fields of Commercial law, High Court litigation, Family and Insolvency Law.
